By using NapAchte, you accept these terms of use. The platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

Access : Access to the platform is free. Creating an account is required to post listings or send messages.

Prohibited use : It is forbidden to publish illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content. Any abuse will result in account deletion without notice.

Listing responsibility : NapAchte acts as an intermediary. Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the legality of the products offered.

NapAchte only collects data necessary for the platform's operation (name, email address, phone number, neighborhood).

• Identification information (name, email)
• Contact data (phone, WhatsApp)
• Location information (neighborhood)
• Transaction data (via Stripe, secured by SSL encryption)

Data use : Your data is used exclusively for the platform's operation. It is never sold to third parties.

Right of access : You can request the modification or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us by email.

Payments : Transactions are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified provider. NapAchte stores no banking data.

NapAchte is an intermediary platform. As such:

• NapAchte does not guarantee the quality, conformity, or availability of products offered by sellers.
• NapAchte is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers, although an arbitration system is available.
• In the event of fraudulent transactions, NapAchte commits to cooperating with competent authorities.
• The platform may be temporarily suspended for maintenance without notice.

The name NapAchte, its logo, and all its content (design, texts, features) are the exclusive property of their creators.

Any reproduction, modification, or commercial use without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Content published by users (photos, descriptions) remains their property. By publishing it on NapAchte, they grant the platform a display license.
